Pathways to Purpose - Department of Labour’s Employability Workshop

The Bahamas Society for Human Resource Management (BSHRM), was proud to partner with the Department of Labour, to host a powerful Employability Workshop & Job Fair on May 23, 2025!

With over 200 participants in attendance, our mission to help job seekers “Find Their Fit in the Workplace” came to life through engaging workshops, meaningful connections, and on-the-spot employment opportunities.

From resume building to interview prep and networking, the energy was electric and the purpose was clear: Empowerment through preparation!
